What Are Subconscious Mind

Because the subconscious mind is the seat of our intelligence and power, why do we call it the subconscious mind? Originally it was believed to be the lesser part of our mind and so it was labeled with the sub prefix. Since the degree of its involvement would be a quantitative question, consider a sitting judge throughout a trial wouldn?t walk out of the courtroom at the last minute. That should mean 100% involvement .

Conscious deliberation is only one of several important strands of my mental weave, and I tend to use it best late in the process, during revision. It is my intuition, my subconscious, that is most important in pulling a work from nowhere and nothing. Consciousness, the observer of quantum mechanics, plays a vital role in determining our realities. It is through our own thoughts, the ultimate creator, that our everyday reality is created. Conscious cognitive processes, such as thinking, are performed by the ego and part of the superego (see psychoanalysis ). Conflict between conscious and unconscious impulses are said to give rise to anxiety , then to defense mechanisms , which counteract this anxiety.

Programming your subconscious works best through visualization. Pictures and symbols are by far the most effective way of impressing your subconscious. Also, it's important to use a present tense, not a future tense like "I will be thin" as your subconscious takes everything literally. If your request is in the future, it will think that it doesn't need to change anything now. Paradoxically, it is exactly what our subconscious mind communicates to the Universal Power that come to existence. This is why we need to control our thoughts adequately so that the Universal Power manifests according to our goals and exact desires.
